Return Period:

At Snoozy Sloth, we prioritize the satisfaction and joy of your little ones. Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days from the date of purchase, ensuring you have ample time to assess your kids’ apparel.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or customized pieces are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return. Please refrain from returning items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Signs of wear on the clothing
  • Returns initiated more than 15 days after delivery

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 15 working days. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Discount Application: Please note that if a discount was applied to your original purchase, the refund amount will be calculated after evenly applying the discount to all products in the order.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any discounts applied, evenly distributed across all products in the order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at {email address}. Our team will arrange for a pick-up from your shipping address and deliver the replacement item.

Gift Returns:

For items marked as gifts, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
